Studio Area: Please enter the studio quietly and arrive on time, no more than ten minutes before the start of class. This is to avoid disrupting a class in progress.
Kindly remove your shoes before entering the workout area. In inclement weather shoes may be stored in the lockers located in the locker room.
Please store all personal items in the closet located in the studio area. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please wipe down equipment after each use.
Cell Phones: Kindly turn off cell phones. If you are waiting for an emergency call, please keep your phone on vibrate and with you.
Attire: Comfortable workout clothing is recommended, but baggy clothing makes it harder for instructors to see if your alignment is correct. We recommend yoga style pants and close-fitting tops for women; men can wear gym shorts or pants and a t-shirt.
No shoes, please. Classical Pilates is normally performed bare foot but we recommend Toe Sox. Toe Sox are available for purchase at the studio, but you are free to bring in any kind of socks with grips.
Please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes, colognes and scented lotions.
Severe Weather: In severe weather, check with the instructor at least one-hour before your session to learn about cancellations. We will make every effort to notify our students via email or telephone.
24-Hour Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made 24-hour in advance or clients will be charged for the session. You will not be penalized in the case of illness or injury.
The instructor is not obligated to make up time due to lateness. You will be charged fully for the session. We cannot emphasize enough the importance of being on time as a consideration to our instructors and other clients.
